New design plans for Grand Hyatt Nashville, the first tenant to open in fall 2020 at the massive Nashville Yards development, reveal railroad design elements and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout.
The 25-story, 591-room hotel will be the nation’s 12th Grand Hyatt when it opens in about a year at the corner of Broadway and 10th Avenue.
Already, 19 bare-bones floors have been constructed at the site between the Gulch and downtown.
The hotel’s lobby will feature in-floor lighting strips and angular wall art reminiscent of the nearby railroad tracks.
