One part of the sprawling Nashville Yards development has peaked.
The Grand Hyatt Nashville held a ceremony Friday to celebrate the topping off of the 25-floor hotel, located at Broadway and 10th Avenue.
The Grand Hyatt is the first of several forthcoming projects in the Nashville Yards development, a 17-acre mixed-use entertainment district. The development also will house Amazon’s 5,000-job operations hub.
Scheduled to open in fall 2020, Grand Hyatt Nashville will have 591 guests rooms, a signature restaurant, multiple bars, a rooftop lounge, a pool deck overlooking downtown, a Grand Club Lounge and a spa.
